Arthur Atinizian

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Arthur Atinizian is a financial professional and investment strategist with experience spanning institutional asset management, behavioral health operations, and applied technology innovation. He began his career at Morgan Stanley supporting a senior Portfolio Manager overseeing more than two billion dollars in assets, where he gained exposure to portfolio analytics, risk evaluation, and disciplined investment frameworks. He later co-founded Premier Health Group, a behavioral health organization focused on delivering high-quality care at scale. In this role, he helped design operational infrastructure, build clinical support systems, and lead sustainable growth initiatives that prioritized patient outcomes and organizational integrity.

Arthur brings a differentiated perspective to investing through his integration of advanced technology and AI into real-world operations. He led the development and implementation of a proprietary AI platform within the behavioral health business, improving efficiency, strengthening clinical workflows, and enhancing the patient experience. His background in quantitative finance, operational leadership, and healthcare technology informs his data-driven approach at Legacy Growth Fund. Arthur studied Finance at Bentley University and earned his MBA from Pepperdine University.

Emmanuel Fombu, MD, MBA

Partner, Biotech and Digital Health Investments

Dr. Emmanuel Fombu is a physician-scientist and investor with more than twenty years of experience across medicine, biotechnology, digital health, and venture capital. He has held senior roles at Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Bayer, Madison Dearborn Partners, FundRx, and Locust Walk Partners, where he supported the development, launch, and commercialization of high-impact therapies while advising companies through clinical, regulatory, and strategic milestones.

An entrepreneur and deal strategist, Dr. Fombu has participated in multiple IPOs and helped raise more than five hundred million dollars for companies valued at over four billion dollars. He has founded and advised ventures in biotech, medtech, and digital health and is a recognized voice on healthcare innovation, longevity, and precision medicine. His book The Future of Healthcare was selected as a top digital health title by the U.S. National Library of Medicine. Dr. Fombu trained at Emory University Crawford Long Hospital and holds dual MBAs from Cornell University and Queen’s University.

Andy Carlson

Chief Technology Officer

Andy Carlson is an AI systems architect and founder with deep experience building autonomous, production-grade platforms across fintech, healthcare, legal, and enterprise SaaS. He has served as Founder, Co-Founder, CTO, and Strategic Advisor to multiple venture-backed startups, leading end-to-end development from zero to scale.

His work centers on agentic AI architectures, large-scale data pipelines, and real-time decision systems. Andy has designed and deployed platforms that ingest proprietary datasets at national scale, integrate hybrid ML/LLM models, and automate complex workflows traditionally handled by teams of analysts or operators.

He has built and led globally distributed engineering teams, architected secure cloud-native systems, and formed strategic partnerships with NVIDIA, Microsoft, Google, OpenAI, and AWS. Across roles, his focus has been consistent: reduce human latency, enforce disciplined risk and control layers, and let software systems compound edge through continuous learning.

Previously, Andy has founded, co-founded, or held senior technical roles at companies including Tempello (AI-driven legal automation), RepPrep.ai (healthcare and medical sales intelligence), DashReel (computer vision and video intelligence), and multiple venture backed AI startups. Earlier in his career, he was part of the engineering team at Mint Mobile, where he helped build and scale core systems during the company’s formative growth phase.

Andy holds a background in artificial intelligence, machine learning and bioinformatics from Harvard University, with additional education in economics and finance.
