Andy Carlson is an AI systems architect and founder with deep experience building autonomous, production-grade platforms across fintech, healthcare, legal, and enterprise SaaS. He has served as Founder, Co-Founder, CTO, and Strategic Advisor to multiple venture-backed startups, leading end-to-end development from zero to scale.

His work centers on agentic AI architectures, large-scale data pipelines, and real-time decision systems. Andy has designed and deployed platforms that ingest proprietary datasets at national scale, integrate hybrid ML/LLM models, and automate complex workflows traditionally handled by teams of analysts or operators.

He has built and led globally distributed engineering teams, architected secure cloud-native systems, and formed strategic partnerships with NVIDIA, Microsoft, Google, OpenAI, and AWS. Across roles, his focus has been consistent: reduce human latency, enforce disciplined risk and control layers, and let software systems compound edge through continuous learning.

Previously, Andy has founded, co-founded, or held senior technical roles at companies including Tempello (AI-driven legal automation), RepPrep.ai (healthcare and medical sales intelligence), DashReel (computer vision and video intelligence), and multiple venture backed AI startups. Earlier in his career, he was part of the engineering team at Mint Mobile, where he helped build and scale core systems during the company’s formative growth phase.

Andy holds a background in artificial intelligence, machine learning and bioinformatics from Harvard University, with additional education in economics and finance.
